How the Commission Process Works

1. Submit a Request

Contact Cassan Studio with a description of your desired artwork. Include your preferred medium, approximate dimensions, subject matter, and any reference images or inspiration.

2. Review & Pricing

Your request will be reviewed to determine project feasibility, materials, estimated completion time, and pricing. A quote will be provided before the commission is accepted.

3. Approval & Payment

Once the details are finalized, payment arrangements will be discussed. Work will begin after the required payment has been received.

4. Artwork Creation

Your commissioned piece will be created according to the agreed-upon specifications. Progress updates may be provided throughout the process when applicable.

5. Completion & Delivery

Once completed, the artwork will be prepared for pickup or shipping, depending on the agreed arrangement.

Pricing & Payment

Commission pricing varies depending on:

• Artwork dimensions and size.

• Selected medium and materials.

• Subject matter and level of detail.

• Overall complexity and estimated production time.

A personalized quote will be provided before work begins. Additional requests or significant changes after approval may result in additional charges.

• Custom artwork is individually created and may contain natural variations associated with traditional artistic techniques.

• Minor differences between reference images and the completed artwork should be expected.

• Significant changes to the original request may require additional payment and production time.

• Custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by applicable law.
