Cassan François is a Haitian American visual
artist that has been making her mark in her chosen field. She creates art
because it is her passion and first love. She finds inspiration in numerous genres
and media. A lot of her inspiration comes from her time traveling in different
countries and cities such as Japan, Canada, Pennsylvania, California, Oregon, New
York, New Jersey and Nevada which has influence her creative style and process.

 With 18 years of experience in art, and 7 years working professionally, Cassan connects
with the art community by participating in competitions, supporting other
artists both in the field and across social media platforms, attending art
festivals, and helping upcoming artists as much as she can. Her works have shown
in different competitions and venues such as the Grebenstein and Swenson Art Tuition Scholarship
Award Show, MACA/DDC Sidewalk Gallery Public Art Project in 2016,  MACA/DDC Spring Autism Awareness Through Art in 2017, Raw Artist Exhibition in 2019 and Art & Soul, Twin Falls, Idaho.

In 2022, Cassan continues to explore her talent in art by picking up new
skills and sharing her gift with the world. The bonus to her passion is having
her works sold to collectors and people that truly enjoys her unique style. For
the future, Cassan is planning to travel more, share her experiences and continue
to have her works exhibit in shows.
